Catalyst Impact Group designs philanthropic strategies built to last. We partner with foundations, donors, and nonprofits on grantmaking, fundraising, and giving programs that hold up under pressure. Based in Indianapolis, working nationally and globally.

Wade Arvizu founded Catalyst Impact Group after 15 years in grantmaking, fundraising, and advisory services. From corporate foundations and government contracts to grassroots nonprofits, he has worked on every side of the table. On the grantee side, he has written, submitted, and won grants. On the funder side, he has reviewed, scored, selected, and overseen grants. Separately, his fundraising work has built donor relationships from the ground up. In each, he has been practitioner, funder partner, and strategic advisor.
CIG was built on the foundational principle that philanthropy works best when it is done in partnership with communities, and that principle guides every engagement.
Building strategies that align funder priorities with real community need.
Identifying the compliance gaps that put your work at risk, on both sides of the funding relationship.
Assessing what works, identifying what doesn't, and building a feedback loop that turns intention into impact.
Strengthening the systems and relationships that drive sustainable funding growth.
Crowdfunding campaigns that grow the network behind the mission.
Turning your values into a structured giving program that is built to last.
Every engagement begins with a conversation to see if CIG is the right partner for your work.
